Everything was excellent, personnel was very pleasant. The breakfast at the place was hearty and delicious with delicious homemade marmalade. The location was good, for example, Castle Book Store was within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Had an airy and neat room with a great view. Good shower plus the garden, couldn't ask for more. - the hotel's position was particularly good, very close to restaurants and the village centre. The location of the Firs At Hay, On, Wye B&B is marvelous, just a stone's throw from the heart of Hay, on, Wye. the breakfast was hearty and delicious, with thick bacon and homemade marmalade, and they also had great vegetarian options. the room was spotless and the bathroom was very clean. Plus, the B&B is conveniently located near a restaurant and just a short drive away from the 550, Foot, Tall Ferris Wheel.
